SECTION 40-22-2

   § 40-22-2  Legislative findings. – (1) Many food stamp recipients need assistance entering the job market orincreasing their skills to obtain a good paying job.

   (2) There are federal funds available through the food stampemployment and training to pay for education, training, job placement, casemanagement and other work readiness services for food stamp recipients and topay the administrative costs of managing the program.

   (3) There are no general revenue funds required to access thefederal food stamp employment and training program.
