§ 40-5.2-15 Reporting absence. – Whenever adult family member(s) become aware that a minor child in theirhousehold has been or will be temporarily absent from the home, the adultfamily member(s) have the responsibility to report such absence of a minorchild from the home by the end of the five (5) day period that begins with thedate that the adult family member(s) become aware that the minor child has beenor will be absent from the home for a period of thirty (30) or more consecutivedays.
