SECTION 40-5.2-23

§ 40-5.2-23 Post employment incentivebonus. – The Family/Assistance Unit may be eligible for an incentive bonus payment, ifthe participant is employed and is working at least thirty (30) hours per weekor more for a single parent family and thirty five (35) hours per week for atwo parent family at the time of closure on cash assistance and remainsemployed and continues to work at least thirty (30) hours per week or thirty(35) hours per week or more, not to exceed a period of twelve (12) months inaccordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the department.
