SECTION 40-5-16

   § 40-5-16  Proceedings against kindred notnamed in citation. – Upon suggestion made, other kindred of ability, not named in the citation, maybe notified, and the process may be continued; and upon due notice, whetherthey appear or are defaulted, the court may proceed against them in the samemanner as if they had been named in the citation.
