§ 40-6-6 Authorization to pay assistance.– Authorization to pay all forms of assistance specified in this chapter shall bemade by representatives of the department, and the state controller is herebyauthorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurerfor payments upon receipt by him or her of proper vouchers approved by thedepartment.
