SECTION 40-9-14

   § 40-9-14  Application of receipts frombusiness enterprises program. – All receipts collected by the state department of human services as a result ofthe operation of the program shall be deposited with the general treasurer andare hereby appropriated to carry out the purposes of §§ 40-9-11– 40-9-13. Any unexpended balance of the receipts, remaining at the end ofthe fiscal year, shall be carried forward and made available for expenditure inthe succeeding fiscal year.
