§ 41-3.1-7 Distribution of funds. –All money mentioned in this chapter derived from taxes on wagers andpari-mutuel pools shall be disbursed by the state treasurer pursuant to chapter4 of this title. Except as is inconsistent therewith, the provisions ofchapters 3 and 4 of this title shall apply to the sport of dog racing.
