§ 41-5.2-26 Penalty for unlicensed match.– Any person holding, conducting, or participating in any mixed martial artsmatch or exhibition held without a license, unless exempted as provided herein,shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100) or byimprisonment for a term not exceeding three (3) months, or by both a fine andimprisonment.
