SECTION 41-8-3

   § 41-8-3  Leaving the scene of an accident.– Any person who is involved in a skiing accident and who departs from the sceneof the accident without leaving personal identification or otherwise clearlyidentifying himself or herself before notifying the proper authorities orobtaining assistance, knowing that any other person involved in the accident isin need of medical or other assistance, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor andshall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200).
