SECTION 41-9.1-34

   § 41-9.1-34  Conduct subject to civilpenalty. – In addition to other penalties provided for under this chapter, a person whoconducts a gaming operation without first obtaining a license to do so, or alicensee who continues to conduct gambling games after revocation of thelicensee's license, or any licensee who conducts or allows to be conducted anyunauthorized gambling games in a casino in which the licensee is authorized toconduct its gaming operation, is subject to a civil penalty equal to the amountof gross receipts derived from wagering on the gambling games whetherunauthorized or authorized, conducted on that day as well as confiscation andforfeiture of all gambling game equipment used in the conduct of unauthorizedgambling games.
