§ 41-9.1-35 Property subject to seizure,confiscation, destruction, or forfeiture. – Any equipment, gaming device, money, apparatus, material of gaming, proceeds,substituted proceeds, or real or personal property used, obtained, or receivedin violation of this chapter shall be subject to seizure, confiscation,destruction, or forfeiture.
