§ 41-9-5 Penalties. – Any person who knowingly and willfully violates the provisions of this chaptershall be guilty of a felony herein and punished by a fine of not more than fivethousand dollars ($5,000) and/or imprisonment for no longer than five (5) yearsfor each violation.
