SECTION 42-10-18

   § 42-10-18  Contents of annual report.– The report required by § 42-10-17 shall show the payments from eachappropriation, whether from an annual or special appropriation and on accountof what department, office, board, division, or commission, or for what purposethe payments were made. The statement of payments shall also be arranged sothat the report will readily indicate the amounts expended respectively foreducation, courts, legislature, health, agriculture, highways and bridges,military affairs, penal and charitable, care and repair of public property,sinking fund, interest, and general administration.
