SECTION 42-103-3

   § 42-103-3  Application of siting criteria.– Within six (6) months of the adoption of siting criteria, the state planningcouncil shall perform:

   (a) An inventory of existing solid and hazardous wastetreatment, storage, and disposal facilities, together with their capacities;

   (b) An evaluation of areas within the state not suitable forthe location of waste facilities, including those areas where hazardous andsolid waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities would have asubstantial impact on human health and the environment in accordance with thecriteria established in § 42-103-2.
