SECTION 42-11.1-11

   § 42-11.1-11  Chapter to control –Contractual waiver void. – No contract entered into after January 1, 1988 shall contain any provisionrequiring the payment of interest in a manner inconsistent with this chapter,and any provision contained in the contract which waives the right to thepayment of interest is hereby declared to be contrary to public policy andwholly void.
