SECTION 42-114-1

   § 42-114-1  Establishment of advisorycommittee. – There is created the Rhode Island audio/video programming advisory committee,consisting of seven (7) members: three (3) shall be appointed by the speaker ofthe house from among the members of the house of representatives, not more thantwo (2) of whom shall be from the same political party; two (2) shall beappointed by the president of the senate from among the members of the senate,not more than one of whom shall be from the same political party; and two (2)public members, one of whom shall be appointed by the speaker of the house, andone of whom shall be appointed by the president of the senate.
