SECTION 42-115-2

   § 42-115-2  Purpose and duties. – The purpose and duties of the commission established by this chapter are toprovide technical and supportive services to neighborhood organizations, todevelop a comprehensive strategy for assisting neighborhood organizations, andto disseminate information on the availability of services, grants, stateprograms, federal programs, and any other programs which would render serviceto the community.
