§ 42-12.3-12 Assignment of medical supportrights. – Any person who is determined eligible for RIte Start, or RIte Track, or thetitle XIX state plan is hereby deemed to have made an assignment of rights tomedical support in accordance with § 40-6-9(b), and the provisions of§ 40-6-9(b) and (d) are incorporated herein by reference and shall applyto such person.
