   § 42-12.3-7  Financial contributions.– The department of human services may require the payment of enrollment fees,sliding fees, deductibles, co-payments, and/or other contributions based onability to pay. These fees shall be established by rules and regulations to bepromulgated by the department of human services or the department of health, asappropriate.
