§ 42-12-11 Cooperation in administrationof federal statutes. – The state department of human services shall cooperate, pursuant to agreements,with the federal government in carrying out the purposes of any federalstatutes pertaining to vocational rehabilitation and is authorized to adoptsuch methods of administration as are found by the federal government to benecessary for the proper and efficient operation of the agreements on plans forvocational rehabilitation and to comply with such conditions as may benecessary to secure the full benefits of the federal statutes.
