SECTION 42-137-8

   § 42-137-8  Report. – The select commission may make any interim reports it deems necessary toaddress problems in police policies, practices, procedures or communityrelations. The select commission shall also prepare and submit a report of itsactivities to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, andthe president of the senate on or before January 15 of each calendar year. Theannual report shall include, but not be limited to, recommendations forrevisions, amendments, additions, or the consolidation of laws relating topolice policies, practices, procedures or police-community relations. Theannual report, and other relevant material shall be the basis for determiningwhether to continue the select commission, modify the select commission, orabolish the select commission.
