SECTION 42-140-7

   § 42-140-7  Conduct of activities. –(a) To the extent reasonable and practical, the conduct of activities under theprovisions of this chapter shall be open and inclusive; the commissioner andthe council shall seek in addressing the purposes of the office to involve theresearch and analytic capacities of institutions of higher education within thestate, industry, advocacy groups, and regional entities, and shall seek inputfrom stakeholders including, but not limited to, residential and commercialenergy users.

   (b) The commissioner shall transmit any unencumbered fundsfrom the renewable energy program under chapter 39-2 to the economicdevelopment corporation to be administered in accordance with a the provisionsof § 39-2-1.2.
