SECTION 42-152-3

   § 42-152-3  Appropriations. [EffectiveJuly 1, 2010.]. – The general assembly shall annually act upon a budget prepared and submitted bythe director of veterans' affairs for the support of the veterans' home in thetown of Bristol, any veterans' cemetery authorized and established by thegeneral assembly, and the assistance of the widows, widowers, and dependentchildren of deceased veterans, known as the "veterans' assistance fund," forthe assistance of worthy dependent veterans, and the dependent worthy familiesof those veterans who served in the army, navy, marine corps, coast guard,merchant marines, and air force of the United States and were honorablydischarged from that service.
