§ 42-153-1 Restriction of radio frequencyidentification devices. – Except where required by federal law, no state or municipal agency, or anysubdivision thereof, shall use, or request the use of Radio FrequencyIdentification Devices (RFID) for the purpose of tracking the movement oridentity of any student on school grounds, at school functions, or while beingtransported to or from school grounds or school functions.
