SECTION 42-17.9-7

   § 42-17.9-7  Use of evaluation criteria.– Prior to a final action subject to the evaluation criteria, the agencyproposing the sale, transfer, conveyance and/or amendment of interests in stateproperty shall submit to the state properties committee an evaluation of theeffect of the proposed action on the state's interest in open space values; theagency may submit a finding of no significant impact, other than for a propertyacquired and managed for open space values. The evaluation by the agency shallbe a matter of record and shall be considered by the state properties committeein rendering its decision with regard to the transaction.
