SECTION 42-26-7

   § 42-26-7  Committees and by-laws. –(a) The commission may establish and the chairperson may appoint suchsubcommittees, task forces, or advisory committees it deems necessary to carryout the provisions of this chapter. Appointments to subcommittees, task forces,and advisory committees are not restricted to the membership of the criminaljustice policy board.

   (b) The commission may delegate responsibilities andfunctions to subcommittees, task forces, and advisory committees as it deemsappropriate.

   (c) The commission shall promulgate rules of proceduregoverning its operations, provided they are in accordance with the provisionsof the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of this title.
