SECTION 42-26-8

   § 42-26-8  Policy board – Meetings– Quorum. – (a) The criminal justice policy board shall meet at the call of the chairpersonor upon petition of a majority of the members, but not less than four (4) timesper year.

   (b) A quorum at meetings of the policy board shall consist ofa majority of the current membership, and all subsequent voting shall berepresentative of the full policy board.

   (c) A policy board member has the right to send, in his orher place, a designated representative to a meeting and/or meetings. If thedesignation is made in writing, the representative shall have full votingprivileges.
