§ 42-28.4-2 Eligibility for plan. –Any full-time member of any city or town fire department, the Cumberland rescuedepartment, emergency service technicians of the town of Lincoln, any salaried,full-time official, and any salaried, full-time firefighter of any incorporatedfire district shall be eligible for the plan established in this chapterprovided he or she accumulates the requisite number of points under theschedule set forth in § 42-28.4-3.
