SECTION 42-28.7-2

   § 42-28.7-2  Disposition of presentlymaintained records. – In the event any law enforcement agency is in possession as of May 17, 1983 ofany original, duplicate, or photocopy of fingerprint records of minors, whichrecords were obtained pursuant to any voluntary plan or program, or thevoluntary request of any minor's parents or guardian, then the original, andany duplicate and photocopy thereof shall be forwarded to the parents orguardian of those minors within thirty (30) days after May 17, 1983. Theprovisions of this section shall not be waived by any parent or guardian.
