§ 42-28-37 Accident reports – Fee.– The state police, upon written request, shall furnish to any person involved inan accident or his or her legal representative a copy of the official statepolice report of the investigation of the accident. A fee of ten dollars($10.00) shall accompany each written request. All fees collected pursuant tothis section shall be deposited as general revenues.
