SECTION 42-34-3

   § 42-34-3  Credit of state pledged. –The Rhode Island industrial-recreational building authority is authorized toinsure the payment of mortgage loans secured by industrial-recreationalprojects, and to this end the faith and credit of the state is hereby pledged,consistent with the terms and limitations of the terms of this chapter.
