§ 42-35.1-8 Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this chapter or the applicationthereof to any person or circumstance shall, for any reason, be judged by acourt of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect,impair, or invalidate the remainder of this chapter or its application to otherpersons or circumstances.
