§ 42-55-22 Annual reports. – The corporation shall, promptly following the close of each fiscal year, submitan annual report of its activities for the preceding year to the governor,general treasurer and the general assembly. Each report shall set forth acomplete operating and financial statement of the corporation during that year.The corporation shall cause an audit of its books and accounts to be made atleast once in each fiscal year.
