§ 42-55-5.2 Consistency with plans. –The corporation shall exercise its powers under this chapter in a manner thatis consistent on a programmatic basis with the state guide plan, adoptedpursuant to § 42-11-10 and with local comprehensive plans, prepared andadopted pursuant to chapter 22.2 of title 45, that have been approved asconsistent with the state guide plan.
