SECTION 42-56-20

   § 42-56-20  Care and employment of shortterm prisoners. – In the case of any person sentenced to imprisonment in the adult correctionalinstitutions for a term of one year or less, he or she shall be classified andplaced in any custodial care and employment that shall be deemed appropriate bythe director.
