SECTION 42-57-2

§ 42-57-2 Purpose. – In order to achieve the objective and to carry out the purposes of thischapter, the foundation shall, in close cooperation with and throughrecommendations to the director of the department of environmental management,initiate, coordinate, and support planning, development, and conduct of theprograms and projects in furtherance of the restoration and use of Fort Adams,provide for all activities in a manner which will be consistent with thepurposes of this chapter, and carry out all responsibilities provided by thischapter concerning the restoration and use of the Fort Adams structure.
