SECTION 42-60-3

   § 42-60-3  Definitions. – Terms used in this title shall be construed as follows, unless another meaningis expressed or is clearly apparent from the language or context:

   (1) "Energy crisis" means a condition of danger to thehealth, safety, welfare, or economic well being of the citizens of this statedue to existing or impending abnormal market disruptions as they relate toenergy resources.

   (2) "Energy resource" means the various fuels derived fromcrude petroleum, coal, natural gas, wood, electricity, and all other resourcesyielding energy.
