SECTION 42-61.1-7

   § 42-61.1-7  Action to enforce theprovisions of this chapter. – Any consumer who suffers a loss by reason of a violation of any provision ofthis chapter may bring a civil action to enforce those provisions. Any consumerwho is successful in this civil action shall recover reasonable attorney'sfees, and court costs incurred by bringing this civil action.
