SECTION 42-63.4-8

   § 42-63.4-8  Severability. – The provisions of this chapter are severable and if any provision or part ofthis chapter shall be held invalid or unconstitutional or inapplicable to anyperson or circumstances, any invalidity, unconstitutionality or inapplicabilityof any provision or part of this chapter shall not affect or impair theremaining provisions of this chapter.
