SECTION 42-64.3-5.1

   § 42-64.3-5.1  Coordination with existingprograms. – To the maximum extent possible, the directors of the departments ofadministration, business regulation, labor and training, environmentalmanagement, workforce 2000, human services, transportation, and the RhodeIsland housing and mortgage finance corporation will provide special assistanceto the zones. This will include, but not be limited to:

   (1) Expedited processing;

   (2) Priority funding;

   (3) Program set asides; and

   (4) Provision of technical assistance in furtherance of thepublic policy enunciated in § 42-64.3-2(2).
