§ 42-64.4-4 Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this chapter shall beadjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, that judgmentshall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, nor affect otherprovisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect withoutthe invalid clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part and to this end theprovisions of this chapter are declared to be severable.
