SECTION 42-66.7-11

   § 42-66.7-11  Immunity from liability.– Any person, institution, or official who in good faith participates in theregistering of a complaint, or who in good faith investigates that complaint orprovides access to those persons carrying out the investigation, or whoparticipates in a judicial proceeding resulting from that complaint, is immunefrom any civil or criminal liability that might otherwise be a result of theseactions. For the purpose of any civil or criminal proceedings, there is arebuttable presumption that any person acting pursuant to this chapter did soin good faith.
