§ 42-66.8-6 Evaluation of assisted livingwaiver demonstration. – Upon implementation of the demonstration program and occupancy of assistedliving facilities by low and moderate income persons, the Rhode Islanddepartment of elderly affairs will work in conjunction with Rhode Islandhousing to develop a tool to evaluate the qualitative benefits and costeffectiveness of the demonstration program.
