SECTION 42-72.7-7

   § 42-72.7-7  Evaluation and assessment.– Three percent (3%) of all funds allocated for the pilot program of coordinatedcommunity social services, education, and mental health services for childrenand their families pursuant to this chapter shall be utilized by the localcoordinating councils for evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness ofservices provided pursuant to this chapter. This evaluation and assessmentshall be predicated upon the specific agreed upon performance outcomes forchildren and families who received services pursuant to this chapter. Any fundsdesignated pursuant to this section for evaluation and assessment and notrequired to be used for those purposes shall be designated for providingadditional training to the local coordinating councils and community planningteams. Evaluation and assessment shall include peer agency review of the natureand effectiveness of each agency's participation in the service delivery modelby the other agencies represented on the local coordinating council.
