§ 42-75-12 Rhode Island film andtelevision office. – Within the commission there is established a separate, distinct office entitledthe "Rhode Island film and television office." This office is established inorder to promote and encourage film and television productions within the stateof Rhode Island. This office is also responsible for the review of applicationsof motion picture productions pursuant to the requirements of chapter 31.2 oftitle 44.
