SECTION 42-92-8

§ 42-92-8 Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this chapter shall beadjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the judgmentshall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of this chapter. Thejudgment shall be confined in operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph,section, or part directly in the controversy in which the judgment shall havebeen rendered.
