SECTION 43-2-3

§ 43-2-3 Deposit and safekeeping oforiginal acts, resolutions, and proceedings. – The original acts, resolutions, and other proceedings of the general assemblyshall be deposited and safely kept in the office of the department of state andshall not be removed from that office except upon the order of the generalassembly or upon process issued by the supreme or superior court or by ajustice of either of the courts.
