SECTION 43-3-3.2

   § 43-3-3.2  Use of appropriate genderlanguage. – When the secretary of state produces a document to instruct the public on thetenets or purpose of a statute, he or she is authorized and empowered to changethe language to make the unofficial reproduction of the statute gender-neutral;provided, that the reproduction shall clearly indicate that it is a revisedreproduction of a statute by printing the word "unofficial" on its face inbold-letter type.
