SECTION 43-3-31

   § 43-3-31  Severability. – If any clause, section, paragraph, or other part of §§ 43-3-28,43-3-29, and 43-3-30 or the application thereof to any person or circumstanceshall for any reason be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to beinvalid, the judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder ofthe sections or their application to other persons or circumstances.
