SECTION 44-1-3

   § 44-1-3  Delegation of power to collectfees. – The tax administrator has the discretionary power to authorize any agency ofthe state, whether regulatory or otherwise, to collect certain fees when thecollection involves or includes the function of regulation or when theconvenience of the general public is affected.
